I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in working with young adults and adults seeking help for mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression, life transitions, and career burnout, and who would like to change patterns of thinking and behaving that are getting in the way of the life they would like to live.

I have specific expertise in working with individuals in higher education, including faculty, undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and university staff. As both a university professor and licensed psychologist, I have unique insight into the challenges facing those in the university setting.
