College can be an exciting time, but it can also bring a lot of pressure. Maybe you're trying to keep up with classes while managing friendships, relationships, family expectations, or figuring out what you want your future to look like. And sometimes anxiety, overthinking, intrusive thoughts, or OCD can make all of it feel even harder.

I especially enjoy working with college students who feel stuck in their heads, put a lot of pressure on themselves, or find themselves caught in cycles of overthinking, reassurance-seeking, avoidance, or trying to make the “right” decision. You don't have to have everything figured out to come to therapy. We'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck, build practical tools for handling difficult thoughts and emotions, and help you feel more confident navigating this season of life.
