Colby & Co. Psychological Services, PLLC.
Hi, I’m Dr. Colby, a licensed psychologist who specializes in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, and phobias.
I work with college and boarding school students who are navigating intense emotions, uncertainty, and life transitions, offering virtual therapy that feels warm and casual while balancing clinical recommendations alongside your lived experience. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with evidence-based skills for emotional regulation and mindfulness, taught in a way that actually works. I’ve published work on the long-term psychological and physical effects of chronic stress and trauma, and I bring that deep understanding into therapy, giving you access to the skills needed to feel more grounded and less fearful.
I have extensive experience supporting those who identify as neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+, and I strive to create a space where every part of you feels welcome. If you’re ready to feel more in control of your thoughts and identify helpful paths forward, I would love to hear from you.
Note: I have availability for in-person clients on Wednesdays. I have a small pug-mix, Aaron, who works in office with me. All other days virtual appointments are available.
