I am passionate about creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and accepted exactly as you are. I believe healing happens through authentic connection, and I strive to provide an environment where people of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences feel welcomed, valued, and empowered. My commitment to social justice informs my work and reflects my belief that everyone deserves compassionate, affirming care.

I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate life's challenges. My background includes youth development, case management, and crisis support, with extensive experience serving LGBTQIA+ population, adolescents, young adults and school-aged children. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Play Therapy, EMDR, TF-CBT, and DBT, tailoring therapy to meet each person's unique needs and strengths.

I enjoy supporting clients who are navigating and healing from trauma and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, dissociation, emotional dysregulation, self-harm, suicidal ideation, relationship and interpersonal challenges, life transitions, identity exploration, and the unique experiences of adolescence and young adulthood. Whether you're working through difficult experiences, adjusting to change, or discovering your authentic self, my hope is to help you build resilience, find healing, and move toward the life you want to live.
