Elyse Hall
Everyone says you’re “young,” “in your prime,” and living what are supposed to be “the best years of your life”…why doesn’t it feel that way? As you try to juggle school and work and family and relationships, you might constantly worry that you aren’t good enough or aren’t doing this right. You’re lost and burnt out, but also expected to be ‘adulting’...and you’re scared you don’t really know how. If you are struggling with any of these issues, you might be in the right place.
My name is Elyse, and I specialize in supporting teens and young adults working through the many transitions of high school, college, and career. My purpose is to create a safe space where clients feel heard, build self-confidence, process their emotions, and work to solve their problems. I work with my clients to figure out the goals and values that are most important to them. Together, we will focus on your strengths and work towards a life where you feel like you are safe, respected, and confident.
Making an appointment for therapy can be intimidating, but I am here to help you through the process. I offer a free consultation to discuss your goals, answer your questions, and decide if we are a good fit. If you are interested and ready to make positive changes, please reach out! I am currently serving in-person clients in Austin and virtual clients from anywhere in Texas.
