I don’t believe we are meant to heal in isolation, and having a therapist you work well with can be an important step in that journey. I work with those experiencing anxiety, the impacts of trauma, navigating life transitions or identity exploration to feel a greater sense of stability and confidence, and compassion for themselves as they navigate life’s twists and turns. I am a queer therapist working with those in the LGBTQ+ community.
I work to be culturally informed and de-colonial in my practice. I offer a warm, liberation-focused and non-judgmental approach to therapy that centers each person’s unique situation and needs. I draw from a variety of therapy styles allowing us to collaboratively find the treatment approach that is best suited to you.
