Hi, my name is Honey, I moved to the US from Britain in my late 20's in 2004. I enjoy supporting teens and adults navigating life’s hardest seasons. I specialize in supporting teachers and school staff facing workplace stress and burnout. I am also deeply passionate about helping teens and young adults navigate anxiety, social stress, peer relationships, identity, changing family dynamics, and family conflict. Additionally, I work with individuals navigating depression, grief, betrayal trauma (infidelity, partner compulsive pornography use, divorce, separation...), and major life transitions.
