Iben Dyke
You want to appear as if you have it all figured out and that you are "ok", but deep down you are struggling with self-worth, coping, anxiety, conflict, and a clear direction in life. Everyday leaves you feeling overwhelmed, drained, and unsure about your roles and place in this world. Adulting and being away in college is so much harder than you imagined. You feel so alone in your struggle, and you’re ready to make a change. You’re ready to start honoring yourself and your needs, even when it is hard. Most of all, you’re ready to do things differently, and you know the power to do that starts with you.
I specialize in working with teens, young adults and college students struggling with coping, life transitions, and navigating the college and life. Clients come to me looking for a therapist who actually gets it. I will partner with you in a safe, nurturing environment via teletherapy or in person.
I will offer you the support and strategies you need to begin to feel hopeful about your life and future again. A life where you can thrive and be authentic is possible. You don’t have to continue to pretend to be “ok” but will actually feel “ok”. Most importantly you don't have to be on your journey alone. Call me for a free 15 min consultation. You ready?
