I am passionate about helping older teens and adults get unstuck from unhelpful "stuff." I offer individual therapy for motivated people who are tired of accommodating their OCD or phobia, can't avoid their anxiety any longer, and are sick of being trapped in their own thoughts. Our sessions together can be a space of exploration, personal development, confidence-building, and healing.
I am accepting new clients in MA (in-person & virtual), ME (virtual), & CT (virtual). I use a collaborative, exploratory, and genuine approach to help you feel heard, safe, and encouraged. I have specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-based Cognitive Behavior Therapy for OCD (I-CBT).
