Present Path Therapy
I’m so glad you’re here. My work centers on safely connecting to the present moment and moving forward in a way that feels true to you.
I’m Juliet, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the founder of Present Path Therapy.
Whether you’re just starting to explore therapy or returning after time away, you may be arriving here with many different feelings. Wherever you are in this moment, I’m glad you’re here and honored to walk alongside you on this journey.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, depression, and life transitions often during moments that feel stuck, overwhelming, or uncertain.
My goal is to offer a safe, grounded space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported as you move forward in a way that’s true to you.
I bring warmth, honesty, and a non-judgmental presence to our work together. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT, CPT) with mindfulness, nervous system regulation, meditation, and yoga, supporting both mind and body in the process of healing. I’m informed by these practices through my own journey as a therapist, and I hold space with care, curiosity, and deep respect for your story.
At Present Path Therapy, our journey is about acknowledging what was, being with what is, and supporting you in building what comes next. Therapy isn’t about fixing, it’s about connecting with the present moment, trusting yourself, and taking one step at a time toward meaningful change.
