I'm passionate about helping my clients move towards positive changes in their personal, professional and academic life while addressing the underlying issues such as past trauma, attachment and relationships wounds, childhood and family issues, ongoing stress and life challenges.
I offer EMDR and talk therapy for individuals (18+) and couples. I widely use attachment focused and trauma informed approach in my treatment, as well as solution-focused approach. You will define a desirable change and we'll work on finding a way to make it happen while using your strengths, available resources and therapeutic support.
