Liana Dunietz, MA
I am a master’s-level clinician who supports adults across the lifespan navigating a variety of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, identity exploration, self-criticism, and relationship concerns. I work with individuals who feel stuck or disconnected, helping them explore their experiences, understand recurring patterns, clarify their values, and reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose.
I draw from ACT, EFT, narrative, psychodynamic work, and positive psychology to help clients explore core questions like: Who am I? What matters to me? How do I want to live? Grounded in values, strengths, and identity, my work integrates mindfulness and psychological flexibility to help clients navigate challenges and move toward a more authentic life.
I offer a safe and supportive space to explore emotions, relationships, and patterns with curiosity and compassion. Whether you’re seeking emotional balance, resilience, or deeper self-understanding, we work together to create meaningful steps toward a life that feels aligned with who you truly are.
