Hello,
I am a licensed LGBTQ therapist. I offer individual therapy via telehealth or in person. I have prior experience working extensively with college students during the pandemic.
During therapy sessions, I focus on building a strong relationship with my clients as I believe once a relationship is established life starts to get better simply because you aren't alone. I also rely strongly on CBT treatment and trauma-informed treatment.
I have a great sense of humor. I treat ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD and substance abuse to name a

Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
