- Psychologists
You’re thoughtful, capable, & accomplished, yet something doesn’t feel quite right. You may struggle with anxiety, depression, emotional reactivity, burnout, or relationship difficulties. Perhaps the same patterns keep repeating or life feels harder than it should. You may have tried pushing through or relying on self-help books, advice from others, or prior therapy without resolution. Many of the adults, teens, & couples I work with are looking for more than quick fixes or symptom relief alone. They want to understand why they struggle & reach a place where they can experience greater insight, confidence, direction, & inner peace.
I’m a Harvard-trained clinical psychologist, researcher, & educator specializing in psychodynamic therapy. I work with complex problems across the lifespan, drawing on advanced training in personality, attachment, trauma, & relational functioning. I provide psychological testing for diagnostic clarification & offer dating consultation & clinical supervision.
Finding the right fit matters. Whether you're pursuing personal growth, healing from old wounds, or seeking something different from past care, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, & supported, while also gaining perspective. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out to see whether working together might be helpful.
