Mary Minott
As a psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience, I specialize in working with young adults undergoing life transitions, whether it be adjusting to the demands of college away from familiar family and friends, to preparing for life post college and grad school. Change can be stressful but can also offer opportunities for meaningful growth with the support of a trusted guide. I offer a safe and empathic space for self-reflection balanced by the development of practical strategies to address life’s challenges. Once you decide to see a therapist, I believe in the importance of finding the right match for you- someone you can connect with who you feel can help you with your presenting concerns. To determine if I am a good fit for you, I schedule 30 minute zoom or phone intake meeting. If you would like more information or to set up an intake meeting, email me to arrange a mutually convenient time at maryminottLICSW@gmail.com. I currently have openings over Telehealth and in person at my office on Willow St. In Hamilton. I also provide clinical supervision for social workers starting out in the field.
