I enjoy working with clients who are experiencing difficulties with managing thoughts and emotions related to mood disorders, those who have experienced trauma or PTSD symptoms, have self-esteem issues, or are struggling with relationship issues. I attempt to facilitate procession opportunities, education, and coping skills that can help learn adaptive strategies to reduce symptoms, strengthen relationships, and improve quality of life.
