Sarah Garrity
I specialize in helping people who are struggling with eating disorders, self-esteem, and trauma. I take a warm, collaborative and holistic approach to help you better understand yourself, un-learn old ways of being, and develop the capacity to manage all that life brings. Together, at a pace you are comfortable with, we can explore places in your life where you feel stuck, and move towards the life you want to live. My goal is to help you find peace within yourself and with your body.
