I am a licensed therapist passionate about helping people live authentic, intentional, value-filled lives. Getting to what matters and figuring out what is standing in your way isn’t going to be easy, but I promise I’ll work hard with you and that we’ll even share a few laughs along the way. My style is pretty laid back but I still think it’s important to have structure in our work so you have a clear idea of what we are working on and where we are headed.

Our relationship is one of the most important factors for a positive outcome in therapy. This means I continuously work on connecting, communicating, and accepting what it’s like to be you with your experiences. I work hard to understand how culture, race, religion, spirituality, gender, and sexuality play a role in your life and decisions while holding gently that I can never truly understand what it’s like to be you.
