Tarrytown Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Psychologist, PhD
Accepting clients Last Updated 13 days ago

I'm a college professor at Fordham University in the psychology department. I specialize in working with college students experiencing anxiety (including social anxiety, OCD, worry, panic, phobias, and more). I graduated from Duke University with a psychology major and I have a PhD in clinical psychology from UCLA. I usually work from a cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) orientation, which is the top evidence-based approach for many forms of anxiety, but this can be flexible depending on client needs & preferences. Please get in touch to learn more about my practice!
