You're having a hard time making decisions related to a relationship, career, or life. You're trying to do everything “right” to try to make other people happy and running away from what it is that you want. You constantly feel guilt and fear & it's preventing you from living a more free & full life. I specialize in working with women to bring awareness to how you are genuinely feeling, in your mind and body, to help discover and set boundaries around what you truly want for yourself without worrying about other people’s expectations or needs. I believe that we are all deserving of discovering our truths, purpose, and direction.

I help women in their early career do the inner work required to live a freedom based lifestyle. I incorporate strengths based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR, & Trauma-Informed care into my practice. I also believe that building awareness around the connection between our mind & body is necessary to heal.
Transparency, honesty, & compassion are key components in my work; I will guide you & will also “call you out” (with compassion & humor) to make sure you are on track to finding your truth. I’m excited to join you as you take this leap of faith into your healing journey! If you are interested in working together, schedule a free consult call so we can chat about your goals!
