Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself? Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or the feeling of never being “enough,” you don’t have to face it alone. If you’re navigating cultural expectations or life transitions, I’m here to support you.
I’m Zarina (she/her/ella), a bilingual Latina therapist in Texas, offering culturally affirming therapy in both English and Spanish. I specialize in helping BIPOC, Latinx, Spanish-speaking, and LGBTQ+ clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, explore their identity, and navigate relationship challenges.
My approach is relational-cultural, person-centered, and trauma-informed. In our work together, I’ll bring in humor, somatic practices, yoga, EMDR, mindfulness, and psychoeducation to strengthen the mind-body connection. I also focus on building self-compassion and boundary-setting so you can prioritize yourself and create the balance you need.
I know it’s not always easy to ask for help, and it takes a lot of courage to even get to this point. My hope is to be someone who really listens, meets you where you are, and gives you the space and support you need to start your healing.
I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
