Spring EOP is here for any step of recovery, whether or not you have been to treatment. We aim to bridge the gap between leaving treatment and the transition back to life. For individuals who need to work, attend school, and have ongoing family obligations, the limited time outpatient therapy provides may not be enough to sufficiently support the investment that’s been made in residential treatment with the continued journey of sobriety. Many clients who have experienced residential treatment find that there is a greater need for clinical support beyond one session weekly; at Spring EOP we are here to support this transition with continued, consistent care. Additionally, we understand not everyone is ready for treatment, a client does not have to be transitioning out of a higher level of care to be an ideal client for us. We are there for every step of the recovery. We offer support to loved ones through CRAFT group as well as therapy for couples, family, and loved ones. We accept ages 15 and up.

I work with adults, college and graduate students, and the lgbtq+ population. My vibe in session is down-to-earth, collaborative, and low pressure. I practice from a relational approach, which means I view the relationship between you and I as the heart of the healing process! I'll meet you wherever you are, and support you in finding the answers within. While I can't take away what you're going through, I can provide a sense of grounded-ness amongst the "storm". I work with college students and young adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, overthinking, performance pressure, and emotional shutdown — even when they are capable and motivated. Many of the students I support struggle with test anxiety, presentations, interviews, perfectionism, panic symptoms, or the sense that their nervous system goes into “fight or flight” under pressure. Others experience anxiety and depression together, which can affect motivation, focus, and connection. My approach is neuroscience-informed and practical. I use evidence-based therapies including EMDR, ACT, CBT, Polyvagal-informed therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients regulate their nervous system, reduce reactivity, and build confidence in real-world situations. I provide a supportive, structured space where students can develop tools to manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience

Finding the right support is a meaningful first step, and I'm glad you're here. As a Limited License Counselor Candidate, I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, and depression, working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, working through persistent worry, or simply looking for a space to grow, I'm here to walk alongside you. Empathy, integrity, and collaboration are at the heart of how I show up for every person I work with. Together, we'll build insight, develop practical coping skills, and work toward the meaningful growth you're looking for. When you come to a session, you can expect warmth, encouragement, and a genuine sense of collaboration. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), we'll work together to build practical coping skills that help you better manage anxiety, depression, emotional stress, and life transitions. But beyond the modalities, what matters most to me is that you feel truly heard. Your unique experiences, values, and goals shape everything we do together. Care here is strengths-based and tailored to who you are, because you deserve more than a one-size-fits-all approach. You deserve a space that feels personal, safe, and empowering, and that's exactly what I'm committed to creating for you. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as an elementary school teacher, where I witnessed firsthand the growing need for mental health support among students and their families. These years were transformative, deepening my understanding of how compassionate, accessible care can change lives and reinforcing my commitment to making a real difference in the people I serve. That purpose drives everything I bring to our sessions now, including a strong foundation of empathy and a genuine investment in your well-being. Reading, biking, and spending time with family are some of the things that bring me joy and keep me grounded. Visiting Michigan and spending time along the shores of Lake Huron holds a special place in my heart, connecting me to the people and places I love most.

I am Shana Dobson, also known as Shana "Danger" Dobson, former UFC fighter. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that has navigated marginalization in athletic, social, and mental health related spaces. I knew firsthand the importance of mental health community and support, being a Black, queer, neurodiverse, masculine presenting, first generation American with Jamaican roots. Mainstream mental health care was not built for everyone. Marginalized communities often face the additional burden of educating their therapist about their own lives — and that burden gets in the way of healing. At Path2Peace, we believe every person deserves a clinician who brings genuine, lived understanding — not just cultural competency training. We use the word communities intentionally, because every identity we serve represents a community with power, beauty, and resilience. Our practice is fully telehealth, Colorado-based, and rooted in affirming, intersectional care. As a proud professional athlete, I understand what it means to exist at the intersection of multiple identities in spaces that were not always built for you. That knowledge is not incidental to my clinical work — it is central to it. Path2Peace is a space that not only acknowledges these realities, but supports and empowers the communities impacted by them. I created Path2Peace because I know what it feels like to walk into a space and immediately wonder whether you're truly welcome there. This practice is my answer to that feeling: a fully telehealth practice in Colorado built on the belief that clients from marginalized communities deserve therapists who share their lived experience — not just clinicians who've attended a training about them. This practice is growing, and I'm excited to connect with clients who are ready to begin their journey and therapists who are ready to practice in a space that honors everything they are.

I often work with students who are dealing with anxiety, school stress, family conflict, or feeling overwhelmed by expectations. You might feel like you’re trying to keep everything together while struggling on the inside. In therapy, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and develop skills that help you feel more grounded in yourself and supported in life. I also encourage parent coaching sessions to help caregivers learn tools to better support their child’s emotional growth.
