Unhelpful patterns and disconnection in relationships can keep partners unseen, frustrated, exhausted, and alone. It might be frequent fights, or conflict that escalates, or a desire for a deeper connection. I help couples with presentations ranging from premarital checkups to moving past affairs and high conflict. You can get to a clearer level of understanding and break out of your typical pattern. In nourishing a relationship, we build a safe haven of comfort and joy which gives the strength to face life challenges. This powerful force, called love, is the most important thing in this life. As a scientist-practitioner (24 research publications), I am devoted to effective, scientifically proven methods that forever change lives and relationships. I have advanced training in the most effective couples therapy methods (Emotion-Focused and Gottman Method). I can’t tell you how much I love seeing real change for the couples that I work with! I will guide you in having conversations that will move you and your partner toward a more secure relationship with greater joy. You don’t have to live another day with a sense of wanting more and wondering how to move toward the relationship you are yearning for. I hope you do reach out here or at www.TashaSeiterTherapy.com. I would love to help.

Has traditional talk therapy not quite worked for you? I'd love to help you try something different! While talking things out can often hold a lot of value, I don't believe it should be the only tool in the toolbox. I want to help you heal from what you're struggling with, not just cope. I help my clients get to the root of their inner experiences and feel more connected to themselves, their life, and others. I specialize in helping people compassionately navigate their inner world- working through experiences like anxiety, depression, trauma, people pleasing, self worth, identity, relational struggles, and perfectionism. We'll connect to your emotions, understand how your inner world came to be, and move towards connecting to your most grounded, authentic self. I am trained in internal family systems (IFS) and use it as my primary approach. I value the relationship between the mind and body; also incorporating somatic, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and values work. In our work together, you will experience collaboration, careful listening, encouragement, and humor. I believe you are the expert of your own life and my role is to support you in strengthening your relationship with yourself! If you're interested in working together, please feel free to reach out. I offer a free 15 minute video consultation!

The Journey to Your Internal Compass Starts with One Step. We cannot control what happens to us, but we can control how we respond. It takes courage to seek help for personal struggles. Therapy is like having a compass. The compass provides a sense of safety for travelers as they know they can rely on it to always point them in the right direction. With a compass—any compass—we can always pause for a moment in time and take stock of where we are so that we can continue to grow and change. All of us must change course from time to time because what we are doing isn’t working. If you are struggling with addiction, alcoholism, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, or trauma, allow me the honor to walk alongside you as you take the steps to the authentic you and discover your internal compass. I use evidence-based treatments tailored to individual needs to help clients attain and maintain long-term sobriety, improve relationships and well-being. I offer a safe and confidential environment on telehealth software. Healing happens within relationships and it's crucial you find a therapist you connect with. Call or email me today. Let’s walk this journey together.

Hi and welcome to my page. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing outpatient therapy to children, adolescents and young adults. I spent my first few years serving the underserved in a community mental health clinic. During this time I supported clients experiencing a wide range of difficulties including: anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual abuse, grief and life transitions. I am particularly passionate about working with young adults around issues of anxiety, depression, relationships and grief. My approach is psychodynamic and collaborative, which means that I seek to understand your point of view and history while we examine together areas in which you may be struggling or feel "stuck." My goal is to meet you where you are and work together to improve your level of functioning and provide you with a fresh perspective that will empower you to live the life you want. I offer a free 10 minute phone consultation in order to determine if I am a good fit for your needs. I look forward to being a part of your journey.

Hi there! We are an outpatient practice offering in-person and virtual appointments. We specialize in working with those navigating the tricky terrain of growing up—dealing with friendship shifts, school pressure, big emotions, and the journey of self-discovery. Many of the clients who find us describe themselves as high-performing yet often struggling with things such as: suspected or diagnosed ADHD, chronic anxiety, burnout, and who are seeking balance amidst life's demands. Their work often centers on identity exploration, navigating interpersonal relationships, building self-esteem, developing a more compassionate relationship with their bodies and food, and adapting to life transitions. Together, we explore how anxiety shows up, how boundaries can feel empowering, and what it looks like to build relationships (with yourself and others) that feel safe, reciprocal, and genuine. Wherever you are in your life journey, we are here to come along side you and support you in the next steps. We truly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship. We encourage you to reach out for a consultation call to determine how we can best support you and answer any questions you might have about the therapy process.

I specialize in promoting emotional and relational wellness by addressing concerns about depression, anxiety, and other issues resulting from trauma. I am a naturally intuitive and empathetic person, so part of who I am as a therapist is genuinely enjoying listening to people talk about their lives. My primary goal is to create a safe space for you to explore your feelings - snarkiness, self-deprecating humor, cursing, etc. is all welcome and accepted. Over time, I will help you make sense of your experiences and start to see and understand yourself from a more compassionate perspective. I'm also a neuroscience nerd, so another part of who I am as a therapist is helping you understand how your brain works and the how and why of what we’re doing in therapy. We'll talk about subpersonalities, neuroplasticity, memory networks, and more...but don't worry: I have an extensive library of articles, videos, and memes to help explain things. The most important part of who I am as a therapist is believing that therapy isn't just where you learn how to “deal with” mental health problems, but that for those who are ready, therapy can provide real healing. Using IFS-Informed EMDR, I help clients “reconsolidate” trauma memories, allowing you to experience transformational and lasting change.

Spring EOP is here for any step of recovery, whether or not you have been to treatment. We aim to bridge the gap between leaving treatment and the transition back to life. For individuals who need to work, attend school, and have ongoing family obligations, the limited time outpatient therapy provides may not be enough to sufficiently support the investment that’s been made in residential treatment with the continued journey of sobriety. Many clients who have experienced residential treatment find that there is a greater need for clinical support beyond one session weekly; at Spring EOP we are here to support this transition with continued, consistent care. Additionally, we understand not everyone is ready for treatment, a client does not have to be transitioning out of a higher level of care to be an ideal client for us. We are there for every step of the recovery. We offer support to loved ones through CRAFT group as well as therapy for couples, family, and loved ones. We accept ages 15 and up.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you're juggling school, relationships, family expectations, or just trying to figure out who you are and what matters to you. I work best with students who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like they’re carrying more than they can manage alone. You might be navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, family conflict, or a major life transition—and I’m here to help you feel grounded again. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I’ll never judge you for what you’re feeling. Instead, I’ll support you in understanding yourself better and building tools to manage what’s hard. Before opening my private practice, I worked for years in a medical setting supporting young people and families through complex challenges. Today, I specialize in working with individuals living with chronic illnesses, as well as the caregivers and siblings who support them—but many of my clients also come to me with everyday stress, identity questions, or big decisions about the future. If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are, help you make sense of your experiences, and walk alongside you as you grow, I’d love to connect.

Welcome, I'm glad you're here and walking your healing pathway. Therapy can be scary with fears of being judged over your thoughts and feelings. Those thoughts and feelings helped get you here but they may not be serving you anymore and you are seeking change. I have been helping people for 18 years by providing insight based therapy and I love when the healing starts to make changes in people's lives. I look forward to helping the healing process. I offer a judgement free environment (don't we do enough to ourselves already) where you can explore new ideas, thoughts and feelings along your journey.

You’re tired of thinking about food all the time. Maybe you feel out of control around eating — especially at night — or stuck in a cycle of dieting, shame, and binging. You might even feel like you should know better, but nothing seems to stick. It’s exhausting, lonely, and can leave you hating your body and doubting yourself. If this sounds familiar, you're not alone — and you're not broken. Food may have helped you cope, but now it’s causing more pain than relief. I help people heal their relationship with food so they can stop the cycle and reconnect with themselves. Our work will be collaborative and compassionate. We'll explore the emotions and patterns that drive eating behaviors and practice tools like mindfulness, boundary setting, and emotional regulation. My approach is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and tailored to your unique needs. You deserve peace with food and your body — and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I became a therapist because I genuinely want to provide a space for people to show up just as they are. You don’t need to feel a certain way, say anything specific, or meet any goal on my timeline. When we can sit back and accept ourselves as we are, we begin to hear things we couldn’t while trying to fix or fight parts of ourselves. I believe even the most challenging parts of us have protective purposes—they deserve curiosity, not shame. I work from a place of intuition and connection more than a strict model or method. I believe in being direct and encouraging you to take the risk of getting uncomfortable. At the same time, I’ll meet you with real empathy, patience, and compassion—plus a bit of humor or lightness when it feels right. Finding the right therapist is hard—especially one who truly sees your full, authentic self. If anything you’ve read resonates, I’d love to connect. Reach out for a free consultation and we can see if this is the space you’ve been looking for.
