Life can be difficult. Counseling shouldn't be. When you’re struggling to cope with the challenges in your life, starting therapy is a courageous step toward change. In a complex world, we believe in straightforward, compassionate support. There are no bad parts of you. When you’re struggling to understand some challenging aspect of your life, it’s easy to say, “that’s just who I am” and label this part as unfixable or “bad”. Therapy is about creating a relationship with all the parts of you. We help you understand the connection between the actions you take, and the way you feel in a process that allows you to live in harmony with your whole self. You don’t have to accept your past – just love the person who survived it.

Help for Anxiety and Trauma: Do you struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, restlessness, or feeling lonely? Do you run from one thing to the next? Do you put off lunch and bathroom breaks until your body is shouting for your attention? You work to fix things. You read self-development books, exercise, try to eat well, and stay hydrated. Part of you thinks you could do more -and do better. I can help. Together, we create a weekly therapy that both honors the strengths of hustle culture, and creates the experience of something different: being present in the moment, a sense of connection, etc. Whether problem-solving or overthinking, your mind is a powerhouse. In therapy, we use this strength while also building your literacy in your body and emotions. It's experiential. Consider: How do you know when a person is sitting too close to you? Attention to that body-level sense of knowing is what sets this approach apart from other talk therapy. Therapy can help you experience a felt sense of safety within yourself and in the external world -becoming a launching pad to whatever you choose. And yet the things bringing you to therapy are the same things that make it difficult to reach out to a therapist. Watch my introduction video (https://vimeo.com/1042175031) to get a vibe check, then book a consultation to find out whether we're a good fit.

Major life transitions are challenging, especially when they provoke questions about one’s identity, culture, core-values and sense of belonging. You are trying to hold it all together, but just can’t take it anymore. You’ve hit your breaking point and don’t know what to do. Self-doubt, over-thinking everything, questioning what will make you happy. It seems like everyone else has it figured out, but you can't get it together. This is supposed to be the best time of your life, but you can't seem to enjoy it, and you need help. My name is Jennifer Branstetter, and I help students who are struggling and overwhelmed with their mental health. It might be hard to keep up with school, and maybe this is the first time you've ever struggled academically and you're wondering if something's wrong with you. Anxiety, depression, PTSD, or ADHD symptoms can interfere with forming friendships or having the "college experience" and maybe you're questioning if you made the right school choice. Maybe you aren't connecting socially or feel like you fit in. Sometimes the transition to college can be a lot harder than expected, or something like a breakup can throw you for a loop. It's common for students in this situation to feel an immense amount of pressure. Sometimes it feels like you can't talk to anyone else about it. Therapy can be a place to get it all out, figure out what is contributing to the problem, and come up with a plan to get better. It's time to get some support. You don't have to do this alone. My practice has been virtual since 2018 from my home office in Southeast Indiana, outside of Cincinnati. I see people in Indiana, Ohio, and Florida. If you have a therapist at home, I'd be happy to connect with them to make the transition easier, and stay on the same page if you see them on breaks. I can also help connect you with on-campus resources or medication providers if needed. Reach out to schedule a call to see if we're a good fit.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you're carrying invisible weight no one else can see? Whether you're juggling classes, navigating relationships, questioning your identity, or dealing with family or cultural pressure, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m Tsuki, and I specialize in working with students who often feel like they don’t quite “fit the mold.” Many of the students I support are BIPOC, neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD), and LGBTQIA+, and they're trying to make sense of who they are while moving through complex systems that weren’t built with them in mind. In therapy, your whole self is welcome — even the parts that feel messy or misunderstood. I offer online therapy in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese and bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to our work together. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and always grounded in respect for who you are and what you need. If you’re looking for support with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, identity questions, or just feeling stuck — I’m here to help.
