I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 12 years of experience. I provide an atmosphere of trust and comfort where clients feel at ease. I practiced and trained in Chicago for 9 years before moving to Indiana. Prior to starting my private practice, I worked in various settings including psychiatric hospitals, partial hospitalization programming, intensive outpatient programming, within a group practice and a community mental health center.

We are a small practice of four Mental Health Counselors who provide excellent psychotherapy care for a variety of patients. I started my practice in 2021 and am currently working with clients up to age 25. My specialty areas include anxiety, depression, substance use and family/relationship issues. I strive to meet clients where they’re at using a solution-focused therapeutic style.
