I’ve spent the better part of the last two decades working as a clinician with a diverse array of clients facing a wide range of issues. Common themes throughout my carreer have been recovery from substance abuse, trauma, existential crises, and managing life when the multiple factors that are out of our control become overwhelming.

This belief drives me to cultivate a safe collaboration space for those who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. My hope is together we will develop a cohesive relationship and a safe space where you are able to find new possibilities and solutions that fit you.
It is our mission to support one's journey toward healing and understanding by strengthening the relationship with self and others. We offer therapy for individuals of all ages, families, and couples. Our therapists specialize in working with individuals and families who have been impacted by adoption, foster care, attachment, and trauma. Other challenges that our therapists can help address include depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relationship conflict, life transitions, and other mental/emotional challenges. We aim to meet you where you are, both emotionally and physically. To do so, we offer several options for sessions, including meeting in the office, community, or even sometimes your own home. We offer Walk and Talk, which combines your journal to healing with the benefits of exercise and being outdoors.

College is awesome, but it can be really tough, too. Juggling school with the rest of your life--work, family, friends, relationships--can take a toll on your mental health. Anxiety, stress, depression, and even suicidal thoughts are not uncommon, but you don't have to navigate them alone. My internship was at IUPUI CAPS, and I have lots of experience as an advisor and adjunct professor, so I know better than most how stressful college can be. I'd love to help you turn down the volume in your mind and move toward the life you want.
It's uncomfortable to reach out for help, to reveal our pain and personal matters to anyone, let alone a stranger. This is why my priority is creating a safe, judgment free space to build a genuine connection with my clients. In addition to developing strategies to relieve immediate distress, I apply my 15 years in mental health, from home-based to hospital crisis work, to help you identify the reasons behind your struggles and resolve the underlying causes. This provides the framework for positive growth and a deeper understanding of oneself, for lasting results. I adapt my approach to meet your individual needs and therapeutic goals. You are the expert on your life and your experiences, and my role is to provide support, help you gain insight into any self-limiting beliefs, all while gently steering you in the right direction. Everything we need for growth is already inside us; it's just a matter of finding it. I have thorough knowledge of anxiety, depression, and identifying/treating suicidal ideation, serving as clinical educator for a large crisis dept. My extensive training on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy provides a foundation for my work. I'd like to make the process of starting therapy as easy as possible and invite a conversation on how I might help you.

Morgan is a compassionate and skilled therapist with multiple years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Before becoming a therapist, she spent 2–3 years as a social worker, providing support and advocacy for diverse communities. She currently offers individual therapy to clients age 13-35. Morgan tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients, integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other somatic-informed techniques to support healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. She specializes in working with teens, young adults, the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals facing major life transitions. With a deep understanding of how emotions manifest in the body, Morgan helps clients develop skills to manage distress, regulate emotions, and process past experiences. Whether working through trauma responses or coping with life’s uncertainties, she provides a supportive space for clients to explore, heal, and grow. Morgan believes that anyone is able to heal when they have the proper space with support, understanding, and empowerment. She works to create a therapy atmosphere where anyone can be comfortable and fully focus on personal needs without outside distractions. With these needs properly addressed, clients can tap into skills they already have and learn to mold them into intentional responses to stressors.
I work with individuals across a wide range of ages and backgrounds. I enjoy supporting teens and young adults and also have previous experience working with populations who struggle with autism spectrum disorder and other cognitive delay. I am very passionate about helping to navigate identity development, life transitions, mood and personality-related challenges, as well as healing from past trauma to evolve into your ideal self. I want to help build a strong sense of self and emotional awareness while also growing more confident and self-assured in the ever-changing world that we live in. My practice blends a multitude of evidence-based practices and mindfulness strategies to help you understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns from a place of curiosity and growth, not judgment and shame. My approach is person-centered and focused on helping you evolve into the person you are most proud to be. If you’re ready to begin your journey toward becoming the version of yourself you feel most connected to, I would be honored to walk alongside you. I invite you to schedule a session and take the next step towards a life that feels aligned, peaceful, and yours.
You have a story to tell. A story about you. It is a story full of hope, joy, confusion, and at times pain. Right now, you may be in that experience of confusion or pain, and feel unsure of how to make good decisions, or any decision at all. I would be honored to hear that story and journey with you as you seek to put new puzzle pieces together to find peace and clarity. All my clients (individual and couple) will come to understand their behavioral responses caused by our internal experiences of pain, what we refer to as our pain cycle. We will then map out new opportunities for personal responsibility and predictability, referred to as our peace cycle, and seek together how to practice and strengthen making decisions within our peace cycle instead of making decisions while coping with our pain cycle.
