Hello! My focus is on helping those who are experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, and PTSD because you deserve to experience joy, connection, ease, peace, and love in your life. Together, you can gain more clarity on how to work with difficult emotions, make peace with your past, and start to feel more confident in your ability to tackle current challenges and work towards goals for your future. I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help reduce negative symptoms and achieve positive shifts, often more deeply and quickly than traditional talk therapy. I hope to be of service to you and look forward to speaking with you!

With over a decade of experience, Dipesh Patel helps adults navigate anxious thoughts, career curveballs, confidence slumps, parenting puzzles, infertility/family building stress, dating detours, and LGBTQ+ concerns. He believes therapy should create momentum—measurable progress, clearer thinking, and lasting change that resonates beyond the session. His mantra is that therapy, good therapy, should create some sort of movement. Whether it’s helping you create actual, tangible change in your life or helping move along an internal conversation that you can’t seem to make progress in.

I have worked with people of all backgrounds but I generally work with women and the LGBT community. I work with clients on self-esteem, body positivity, anxiety management, trauma symptoms, and relational issues. As a human and a provider, I am feminist, anti-racist, fat positive, sex positive, pro-science, pro-vaccine, and pro-LGBT. My approach is varied depending on the individual's history with treatment. For people new to therapy, it may be helpful to utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. CBT involves looking at thoughts patterns and behaviors that may be creating obstacles in your life and setting up appropriate coping skills to address those issues. For people who come to therapy for the purpose of processing trauma, a trauma-informed, relational approach is necessary. For people who are looking to gain understanding about how their past intersects with their present behaviors, insight oriented therapy would be the best approach. I am not a "Listen and Nod" therapist. I will actively listen, provide you with feedback and analysis, and be open with you about your diagnosis, prognosis, and any treatments indicated. With full transparency, I say that I am not a validation-only therapist. Some folks want a therapist who will listen and validate without providing feedback or analysis. That is not my style. I will, however, work with you to figure out exactly how you can benefit from therapy.

I create this by offering a warm, relational environment where all the parts of you are welcome with curiosity and compassion. I utilize an eclectic approach and welcome feedback, so you feel centered in the process. It can be overwhelming and scary to begin this process, I appreciate the courage you have for beginning. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a deep passion for working with young adults. I believe the early adult years are some of the most important—and often most misunderstood—seasons of life. Rather than something to simply “get through,” I view this stage as a powerful period of identity formation, growth, and possibility. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. After spending a year living abroad, I went on to receive her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University. Throughout my graduate training and post-master’s clinical work, I have supported youth and families across a range of settings, including in-home therapy, group home care, outpatient clinics, and municipal mental health. I understand that young adulthood can feel overwhelming—whether it’s anxiety, relationships, school, or simply trying to figure things out. Therapy with me is a place to slow things down and make sense of what’s going on. Sessions feel like a real conversation, where clients can explore their experiences, connect patterns, and develop strategies that are actually useful in everyday life. My goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported as they navigate this stage.

Hi, I’m Kaitlyn, a trauma-informed therapist who helps college students navigate stress, self-doubt, and relationship challenges while trying to get the most out of college and figuring out who they really are. If you’ve ever tried to study for finals while spiraling over a relationship conflict, or pulled an all-nighter because you were rewriting a paper that was already good enough or procrastinated so hard you needed every last minute before hitting submit, I get it. Many of the students I work with struggle to keep up appearances while silently wondering if they’re falling behind. I’ve worked with undergraduate and graduate students at Harvard University and understand the intense pressure to perform, achieve, and never disappoint anyone (especially your parents). Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and sometimes even a little funny (because laughing about how much you overthink counts as progress). Together, we’ll unpack what’s fueling your stress, explore the patterns that keep you stuck, and build tools to help you feel more secure, confident, and grounded in your own life. Finding a therapist who is the right step is essential to therapeutic success. I encourage you to shop around and also offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we could be a good fit. If interested in a free consult, feel free to email me or fill out an inquiry form on my website. I hope you get the support that you're looking for and more.

I believe that therapy should be a space where you don't have to perform, explain, or minimize your feelings, no matter your reason for reaching out. As a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I welcome clients with diverse identities and concerns, and strive to create a safe, compassionate environment where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or trauma/complex PTSD, including survivors of assault/abuse. I also support clients navigating life transitions, identity-related challenges, relationship concerns, emotional dysregulation, stress, burnout, low self-esteem, and academic/workplace challenges. Since there's no one-size-fits-all in healing, our work together will be tailored to your unique needs and a pace that feels safe, supportive, and sustainable for you. This can include processing difficult experiences, building insight, developing practical coping strategies, and fostering self-compassion, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. As a Harvard-trained researcher, my therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based care, integrating cognitive behavioral, dialectical, somatic, psychodynamic, and narrative interventions to help you create lasting, meaningful change. I look forward to supporting you in your journey towards a life that feels more grounded, fulfilling, and authentic.
