She uses a range of therapeutic eclectic approaches depending on the client's needs, including CBT, psychodynamic, cultural psychoanalysis, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, supportive therapy, DBT, IFS and narrative therapy. She is certified in the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) technique, a trauma recovery therapy approach that focuses on helping clients release trauma from the body. She is currently completing her Doctoral dissertation in the Department of Psychoanalysis, Culture and Society Program at the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. She strives to create a sensitive, warm, empathetic, nonjudgmental, inclusive and respectful space for all of her clients. Sometimes it is difficult and scary to make sense of feelings, learning how to manage them, and being able to find healthy ways to cope while creating and fostering self-awareness. Therapy is a safe space and a confidential grounding process that through time, consistency and working together will allow you to identify and develop a healthy voice to express thoughts and feelings. I strive to help clients understand their emotional conflicts, behavioral repetitions, and their inner-self by empathetically assisting them in working through emotional difficulties and life struggles. Feeling empowered in being proactive about our health and understanding the steps towards change is a powerful and vital process to feel seen and heard.
I've been in practice for several decades. I have a special interest in helping people with anxiety, but do work with people with a variety of other problems as well. I like my patients and enjoy my work.

Currently accepting new clients! Reach out to check availability for sessions. College and grad school are filled with growth, discovery, and new experiences—but they can also bring stress, uncertainty, and emotional challenges. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like yourself, know that you're not alone. You need a safe and compassionate space where you can bring your whole self. While honoring your strengths, needs, and values, our work might include understanding how stress and past experiences show up in your body and relationships, exploring healthier boundaries, or learning how to navigate difficult emotions without judgment. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. We can identify the tools and skills you need to cope, grow, and heal—so you can reclaim your life. I believe you are capable of thriving in school and beyond, and I’d like to help.
I believe that true growth occurs when people feel seen, not judged or rushed. I pride myself on engaging with clients with curiosity, care, and connection in mind. I work with children and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the everyday challenges that leave people feeling stuck or overwhelmed. While I draw on CBT, ACT, and somatic approaches in my work, I take a strengths-based approach to therapy. This approach begins with the assumption that you already have the resources you need and my role is to help uncover and build on them, rather than focus solely on what’s “wrong”. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel empowered to use their own voice in the process. Whatever brings you to therapy, my hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and equipped with tools that fit your daily life.
I am a licensed educational psychologist and psychotherapist. There are times in life when you may struggle with social-emotional issues that are overwhelming. You may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, social stress, relational conflicts, low self-esteem, poor impulse control, trauma, or the challenges of college life. Navigating the myriad of social stressors frequently requires learning new skill sets, which at times may include further development of your Emotional Intelligence (EQ). My goal is to support you as the author of your story and create an approach that fits your unique needs. I focus on helping clients build those inner resources and when possible a network of support that help them weather the challenges in life and promote lasting change. My treatment modality is holistic and integrative. Everyone is unique and as individuals no one therapeutic style may work for everyone. I may incorporate parts of different therapeutic approaches to create a custom fit based on each client's needs.
