Therapy can be a powerful space to feel seen, understood, and supported, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate whatever life is bringing up. My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that healing happens through authentic connection and a deep understanding of self. I draw from a variety of modalities to tailor our work to your unique needs, including person-centered therapy, emotionally focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems, attachment theory, and parts work. I also integrate polyvagal-informed practices to support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience. I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, parenting, ADHD, autism, and struggles with self-worth. I also support clients exploring spirituality, managing stress, navigating attachment wounds, or untangling patterns of codependency. At the heart of my work is a deep respect for each person’s story. Whether you're seeking to understand yourself more fully, build healthier relationships, or simply need a safe space to process, I’m here to offer support, insight, and genuine curiosity along the way.

Hi, I’m a Latina Christian therapist, and I work best with students who feel like they’re carrying a lot—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, or just trying to figure out who they are. Many of my clients are first-generation immigrants or come from multicultural backgrounds and are navigating big transitions, like moving away from home, balancing family expectations, or finding their voice in new spaces. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood, you're not alone. I use evidence-based approaches like EMDR to help process trauma, DBT and CBT to build practical coping skills, and even animal-assisted therapy for emotional support. I create a space where you can show up as your full self—culturally, spiritually, and emotionally—and be met with care and understanding. If that sounds like what you need, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
My mission is to empower individuals facing life’s challenges to find their footing and unlock their full potential. With over 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults in various settings, I excel at building meaningful connections and fostering a safe, collaborative environment for those seeking understanding, relief, and personal growth. I take a strengths-based approach that honors your unique needs and adapts to your goals. Together, we’ll build resilience to confidently address your present and future challenges. I specialize in guiding individuals toward long-term aspirations while managing stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. I understand that life transitions, past traumas, and relationship challenges can disrupt our lives, and I’m here to support you through these experiences. If you’re ready to take the first step toward healing and growth, I invite you to reach out. Seeking support is a courageous step, and I’m here to help you explore your goals and create a fulfilling future without judgment.
I work with teens and adults who feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, discouraged, or worn down by chronic pain. Together, we pursue healing that honors both your mental health and your faith. My approach is grounded in clinical psychology, with the option to thoughtfully integrate Christian spirituality and/or address religious trauma in a way that is respectful, collaborative, and aligned with your values. As therapy progresses, you’ll begin to notice meaningful shifts. Life, work, and relationships will feel lighter and steadier. Moments of genuine joy will return. When difficult thoughts or emotions arise, they won’t pull you under. Instead of spiraling into overthinking or self-criticism, you’ll respond with clarity, wisdom, and self-compassion. The harsh inner voice softens, replaced by one that is kinder and more truthful. The world may still feel uncertain at times, but it will no longer feel hopeless. If you’re wondering whether we might be a good fit, I invite you to learn more about my story and approach.

Hi! I am an EMDR-Certified and AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist with a specialization in working with college students (both "traditional" and "non-traditional"). I deeply enjoy getting to work with folks who are looking to address challenges they might be experiencing in their relationships: their relationships to partners, friends, family members, and importantly, to themselves. Many life experiences may lead us to feel in disconnection with ourselves: whether you have experienced relational or institutional trauma, are navigating multiple life transitions (e.g. beginning a new degree, receiving a new medical diagnosis), or are exploring social, sexual or gender identity, I am here to help you reconnect with yourself and take steps forward in your healing journey.

Ann Marie's passion is to help people that have been through traumatic experiences, whether that abuse was emotional, physical, or sexual. As each person is a unique individual, the modalities utilized in therapy are also varied and determined on an individual basis. Her treatment focus includes, but is not limited to: first responders, active/former military personnel, trauma, sex trafficking survivors, chronic/terminal illness, bariatric surgery patients, geriatrics, and life transitions. Ann Marie's goal is to provide compassion, empathy, and a safe place in which to work through one's struggles without judgement. Therapy is most successful when conducted through a strong sense of collaboration. She will be there to help you find your inner compass and identify strengths that will lead you to positive changes in your life.
I work with teens and adults who are thoughtful, sensitive, and often high-functioning, but are carrying more than others can see. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or feeling caught in patterns that are hard to change. My work is neurodivergent-affirming. This means I don’t see ADHD, autism, or other forms of neurodivergence as problems to fix, but as important parts of how you experience the world. Whether you have a diagnosis or are simply exploring, I offer a space to better understand your brain, reduce shame, and build a life that honors your needs and strengths. I also support clients navigating trauma, grief, religious or spiritual hurt, identity shifts, and major life transitions. I offer a grounded, respectful space for exploring emotion, meaning, and self-connection. My approach integrates somatic awareness, relational depth, and gentle structure to bring steadiness and coherence. I honor grief, sensitivity, and identity work as pathways toward clarity, healing, and renewal. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a somatic therapy and am working toward becoming ADHD-CCDP certified. Therapy can offer steadiness, a place to listen inward, integrate, and reconnect with yourself. It would be an honor to be a part of your support team.
Counseling is a personal and unique process for each person. I facilitate each client’s unique process, and walk alongside the client, shoring up their strengths and making use of our relationship to bring about positive change. The therapeutic process can be challenging at times, and I work with the client to fully experience the joys and sorrows that are part of life, striving to feel a wide range of emotions. I enjoy working with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds. Starting up the counseling process can feel unknown and scary, and I’ll honor the vulnerability you show in reaching out.
At Miracle Place Counseling, we believe healing is possible — even when it doesn't feel that way right now. Through telehealth, we offer a compassionate, safe space for those navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, CPTSD, Borderline Personality disorder and dissociative disorders. Using EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic approaches, we help your nervous system move out of survival mode and guide you toward feeling grounded, seen, and heard. You don't have to keep doing this alone. We would be honored to walk with you.
Feel like you’re either running at 100 mph or totally crashed on the couch? You’re not lazy — you’re burned out. College can feel like a nonstop sprint: classes, exams, internships, social life, and the pressure to have it all together. Maybe you procrastinate on assignments, overthink every decision, or call yourself “lazy” when you’re actually running on empty. My clients often feel like they “should” be doing more, even when they’re already stretched thin. Together, we’ll unpack that pressure, figure out where the self-doubt comes from, and help you feel more confident without sacrificing your sanity or who you really are. In our sessions, you don’t have to show up with it all together — it’s okay to feel messy, tired, or unsure. You can bring yourself as you are. We'll figure it out.
Charlie Health is a virtual behavioral health program for adolescents and young adults with moderate or severe mental health concerns or co-occurring substance use or eating disorders. Designed to meet the needs of those who require more than weekly therapy, our program combines curated group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy into personalized treatment programs. We are helping to serve those who are in crisis, or have been historically underserved, by eliminating the most significant treatment barriers: geographical and financial access. We work with nearly all commercial insurance nationwide and have no waitlist, thereby helping people access quality, evidence-based care regardless of insurance, location, or other barriers.
