Hello, I am a licensed therapist in PA, and I specialize in helping individuals struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, stress, and burnout find deep healing and relief. I also have a passion for supporting individuals who face challenges stemming from being neurodivergent (such as autism, ADHD, AuDHD, etc.) in a neurotypical world. In our work together, we will explore how past experiences show up as current struggles, such as anxiety and depression.
