My best work is with helping people manage borderline symptoms, depression/anxiety, "oppositional-defiant" behavior, and/or ADHD. I care a lot about strong foundations in the original ideas of the different treatment modalities I use, like CBT, ACT, or DBT (the original "lore," if you will).
