Hi there! My name is Cory Bedtke, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I received a Master of Social Work degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2015, and started my career as a school social worker prior to switching over to clinical work with adults. While this may seem like a big transition, it's funny how similar our problems are at the different stages of life. Currently, I enjoy working with clients in young and middle adulthood who would like to feel less stressed and anxious, improve their mood, work on communication, and feel more secure in their relationships. I also work with folks who want to process and find ways to cope with traumatic experiences. College can be an amazingly wonderful but also daunting time, so I am here to help you navigate the challenges that you face.

Eli enjoys interacting with adolescents, young adults, and families as they figure out their life’s path. Her experience advocating for middle and high school students was enhanced through multiple years working as a school-based therapist at a local private school. She enjoys engaging with young people and adults who struggle with learning differences, spectrum disorders, and who have difficulty navigating the school, work, and home environments. Eli believes that the client is the expert and has all the resources for growth and insight within. Eli is currently offering online therapy or teletherapy to help make psychology accessible to as many people as possible during the Covid-19 crisis. Online counseling is easy to access and just as effective as in-person therapy.

Hi! I’m Ellen, a licensed therapist who works with college students and adults. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University and have experience in both residential and outpatient settings. My work is grounded in a person-centered approach, and I thoughtfully incorporate expressive arts and sandtray therapy tools to help you explore emotions at your own pace. Above all, I strive to create a calm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable, understood, and free to be your full self.
I am a mental health counselor with experience working with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and marital counseling. My greatest passion and experience is with working with those experiencing grief. While I see clients of many different faith traditions and none, I am trained in Christian integration for those that wish to discuss their faith in relation to their current or past struggles.
Areas of Expertise I help adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, substance use, life transitions, and relationship struggles. My approach combines CBT, ACT, DBT, and Self-Compassion Therapy, tailored to each client's goals. My Approach Clients often tell me they appreciate my direct yet compassionate style. I challenge people in a kind, honest way to face what's not working and take real steps toward growth, healing, or acceptance. How I Can Help As a recovering perfectionist, I’ve learned that fulfillment doesn’t come from doing everything “right,” but from living in alignment with what truly matters. I help clients clarify their values, build self-awareness, and take meaningful steps toward lives that feel authentic and sustainable, not just what’s expected. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, I’m here to support you.
