I am a Certified Daring Way Facilitator--A highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. When I see clients, I like to work from a strengths based approach. We focus not only on what you are struggling with, but also what you have done well in the past or are currently doing well. I believe it is as equally important to focus on strengths and effective skills, as it is to focus on weaknesses and maladaptive behaviors, so that you can gain greater awareness and deeper meaning on your healing journey. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to: Focus on supporting improving self-esteem, accessing inner strengths and resilience, and helping to learn more about self by exploring thoughts and feelings. Provide tools to learn how to manage difficult emotions so that you can meet your identified goals. Normalize that healing is about understanding our fragile parts--shifting from places that keep us stuck, and going to places that help us soar.

I work with college students and young adults who are trying to manage school, work, family, relationships, stress, anxiety, and everything else that comes with figuring life out. I also enjoy working with BIPOC students, first-generation students, student veterans, service members, and military-connected students.
