As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Texas and a Licensed Addiction Counselor in Colorado I have made the commitment to help others as they face adversity so as to develop a loving and compassionate relationship with themselves. I bring a wealth of experience and specialized training in addictions and mental health to my practice and there is one common theme I have noticed throughout my career, which is our self-talk. We are our own worst enemies, and this wreaks havoc on our self-esteem. My therapeutic approach is person centered, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I tailor my counseling to each individual client and will use several interventions in practice. I am well versed in CBT, DBT, and MI. I also have a background utilizing Positive Psychology, SFBT, and Crisis Intervention. I invite you to a different therapeutic experience where I'll meet you where you are at. By providing a safe and supportive environment, my goal is to provide a holistic and person-centered therapeutic experience where you become empowered to build resilience, achieve personal growth, and become better equipped to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
Hi, I’m Tony, and I offer virtual therapy for college students navigating anxiety, identity, and everything in between. College can feel like both a fresh start and a heavy weight—especially when you’re trying to figure out who you are in a world that often expects you to have all the answers. If you’re feeling anxious, uncertain about the future, or just not quite yourself, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to go through it alone either. In my practice, I work with college students who are dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, identity questions, and the pressure to “get it right.” Many of my clients are exploring who they are outside of other people’s expectations—especially around gender, sexuality, culture, and family. As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I create a space where all parts of you are welcome and respected. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, untangle what’s going on inside, and connect more deeply with yourself. No performance. No judgment. Just room to breathe and be real. If you’re ready to explore who you are and how you want to show up in the world, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

It takes courage to begin this process, and I’m honored to walk with you as you navigate whatever brought you here, at your own pace and in your own way. I specialize in working with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, grief, or life transitions, and are looking for a space where they don’t have to explain or translate who they are. They want to feel a genuine sense of belonging — not just in therapy, but in the world. These clients value connection, emotional safety, and authenticity. When the time feels right for you, I’ll be here and ready to support you. As a counselor, I’m deeply committed to creating a supportive and inclusive space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered.
