College and young adulthood can bring a lot of change—new responsibilities, relationships, family expectations, academic or career pressure, and questions about who you are becoming. I work with young adults who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or simply unsure of how to move forward. My approach is warm, practical, and supportive, with a focus on helping you better understand yourself, manage difficult emotions, improve relationships, and feel more confident in the choices you make. I offer a space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
My approach as a therapist is simple- I'm here to help you recognize the parts of yourself that you're proud of and change the parts you want to be different. Trust me, there is no problem too big or too small to bring to therapy! My clients have usually included people who have been marginalized by socio-economic barriers, people who have experienced trauma, and those with autism or other types of neurodivergence, or developmental disabilities. Since these issues can make life especially tough in new and different ways during college and the transition to adulthood, I've found that this stage of life can be the perfect time to seek out some help. Although I have a lot of experience working with ages 12-18, I'm also passionate about providing therapy to adults throughout the lifespan. I believe that a comfortable working relationship between you and your therapist is so important for you to fully access your resilience to heal and be empowered to achieve your goals. I'll always encourage you to give me honest feedback to ensure that sessions are supportive and meet your specific needs. Sessions with me will always be judgement free zones where authenticity and vulnerability are highly valued. Whether that sounds well within or far outside your comfort zone, I'd love to meet to answer any questions you have and to see if we might be a good fit. I specialize in supporting high-achieving professionals—especially those in academia or the helping profession (doctors, nurses, therapists, pastors)—who grapple with perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, codependency, and the challenge of prioritizing their own needs amidst the many demands of their personal and professional lives. As an immigrant, I bring a rich, cross-cultural perspective to therapy and a deep appreciation for how culture shapes identity, relationships, and mental health. Many of my clients are navigating complex intersections of cultural expectations, academic roles, and personal values. In addition to my clinical practice, I am a professor and active researcher. My academic work focuses on interpersonal trauma and its impact on relationships and meaning-making. This dual identity as both clinician and scholar informs my approach: deeply reflective, integrative, and grounded in both science and lived experience. I work exclusively via Telehealth with adult clients residing in GA, MI, and TX. I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship—one that offers both safety and challenges patterns by providing direct and honest feedback. If you're ready to invest in yourself and your well-being, I invite you to reach out.

Hi! My name is Mandy Schramm. I've been working in the mental health field since 2015, but practicing counseling since 2020. I'm currently an LPC at Soluna Mental Health in the Woodlands, TX. I have Master's degrees in both Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My background mainly has been working with adolescents in residential and inpatient settings struggling with mental health and behavioral issues. My work with adolescents in long term programs has afforded me the opportunity to see how different environments and family systems shape youth growth and needs. I also work with adults struggling with mental health, ineffective coping skills, poor social supports, and trauma. Most of my clients have struggled with unresolved trauma resulting in mental or behavioral issues. I aim to provide a safe space for those who are struggling to process the root of their issues so that they can adopt healthy coping skills to implement in their daily lives. Your past does not have to define you! Give yourself the opportunity you deserve to grow from your experiences and shape your future.

Hi, I'm Pak P., LMFT. In my practice, I provide therapy for individuals and couples navigating stress, relationships, and emotional challenges, with a specialized focus on men’s mental health, high-performing professionals, and culturally informed care. For couples, whether you're dating, engaged, or already married, I focus on building support and improving communication. My goal is to identify areas of growth for you as a couple working collaboratively toward positive change. The therapy journey is about connecting with yourself, gaining the confidence to navigate life's changes, and making positive steps toward the life you desire. In my therapeutic approach, I create a unique treatment plan just for you based on the foundations of psychodynamic theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This creates a comprehensive and effective therapeutic experience designed for you. Psychodynamic theory helps us to explore your unconscious processes, childhood experiences, and the impact they have on your present behaviors and emotions. It provides a rich understanding of the underlying dynamics that influence your thoughts and actions. EFT focuses on the emotional bonds within relationships, emphasizing the importance of creating secure connections and emotional responsiveness. In both individual and couples therapy, psychodynamic theory allows you to better understand the roots of deep-seated patterns. This can help you recognize and address unresolved issues that may be influencing your current struggles. For example, if you are grappling with recurrent relationship difficulties, psychodynamic exploration can help you uncover patterns established in childhood that affect your perception of intimacy and closeness. It’s pretty powerful! For couples counseling, EFT focuses on the emotional dynamics between you and your partner. It helps you identify and reshape negative patterns of interaction. For instance, if you are stuck in a cycle of blame and withdrawal you might learn to express vulnerable emotions and needs breaking the continuous cycle. By integrating psychodynamic theory and EFT, therapy becomes a dynamic and holistic journey. This can help you break free from unhealthy patterns and enter into a new stage of life. Seeking assistance is a sign of courage and a willingness to deal with life’s many changes. I look forward to providing you with the support you need in this journey
Dr. Aw's primary interest is the intersection between mental and physical health. Dr. Aw’s philosophy is that one does not exist outside the other. Furthermore, depression and anxiety in patients who are also suffering from medical issues can feel significantly worse, and it is his goal to get patients on a holistic road to recovery. An ideal patient for Dr. Aw understands that it takes a team to get them feeling better, and it is a collaboration between the patients themselves and Dr. Aw.
ONLINE ONLY! In my view, psychotherapy serves different purposes at different stages of one's life. For young adults, one of the key tasks at hand is to discover their potential, talents, weaknesses, fears, wants and needs, and to manage relationships at various levels of emotional intimacy. In this process, many of us need to clarify past issues and unresolved conflicts to move forward more freely. My practice is informal, relaxed and friendly, and most of my clients come from multicultural and multiracial backgrounds, and I treasure diversity. I am comfortable working in English, Portuguese and Spanish languages.
College can feel overwhelming. Classes pile up, friendships shift, family expectations get louder, and suddenly you’re supposed to make big decisions about your future while still figuring out who you are. It’s a lot, and many students tell me they feel stressed, anxious, or unsure of what they’re doing — even if they look “fine” on the outside. If you’ve been feeling this way too, you’re not alone. I’m a therapist who works with college students dealing with stress, social anxiety, career worries, and the ups and downs of adjusting to college life. In our sessions, you get a calm, supportive space to talk about what’s going on, sort through the noise, and learn ways to feel more grounded and confident day to day. We’ll look at what’s getting in your way, what you want for yourself, and what small steps can help you feel better — without pressure, judgment, or complicated language. You set the pace, and we focus on what matters most to you. Therapy can be a place to slow down, breathe, and figure out what you need to feel more like yourself again.
Healing begins in a space where you feel heard, respected, and accepted just as you are. As a bilingual (English and Spanish) therapist, I support adults who have experienced hurtful or unhealthy relationships, including emotional or physical abuse, and are navigating the impact these experiences can have on their lives. I understand that culture, family, and personal experiences shape how we view ourselves and our relationships, and I strive to provide care that honors your unique story and values. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, create healthier relationships, and move toward the life you want. My approach is warm, supportive, and empowering, with a focus on helping you recognize your strengths and create meaningful change. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, heal from past hurts, and develop tools for building confidence, setting boundaries, and creating healthier patterns in their relationships. Therapy is a process we navigate together, at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful for you. You don't have to have it all together to start therapy. I'd be honored to support you along your path towards healing!
We aim to provide the best possible telepsychiatric care (therapy and medication management) for our patients, wherever they are. We know that self-care is a journey, and the first step towards a fulfilling life begins with recognizing a need to get help. With the advancements in technology, we are able to provide care that is the most convenient for you. That is what makes our mission possible. We strive everyday to ensure that our patients are able to live their best lives.
I help college and graduate students who look like they’re doing fine—but feel constantly overwhelmed, anxious, and exhausted—learn how to calm their nervous system and regain confidence. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or emotionally drained, even if you’re not sure exactly why. You might be dealing with anxiety, feeling stuck or disconnected, struggling with motivation, or carrying experiences from your past that still affect you today. Many students I work with are trying their best, care deeply, and just need a space where they don’t have to hold everything together. If you’re looking for someone who will listen with care, meet you where you are, and help you make sense of what you’re feeling, you’re in the right place. Our work together is collaborative and supportive, with a focus on helping you feel grounded, understood, and more confident navigating daily life. I also support students who are healing from difficult family experiences, spiritual or religious harm, or other painful experiences. These can shape how you see yourself and your relationships, and it’s okay if you’re still figuring things out. Reaching out can feel like a big step, especially if you’re unsure what to say or where to start. We can take things at your pace. If any part of this resonates with you, I’d be happy to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit.
