Hello! My name is Jenna Smith and I am a certified Brainspotting therapist for teens and college aged students. I have been a practicing psychotherapist for the past 20 years. I specialize in areas dealing with: anxiety, grief, depression, divorce, trauma, life transitions and sports performance. I utilize a somatic technique known as brainspotting when working with my clients. This technique encompasses both the mind and body. When working with sleep issues and insomnia, I am trained in CBT-I (CBT for insomnia).
