Do you feel exhausted from trying to hold everything together? Maybe you have always been the responsible one or the person others rely on. You pushed through stress, anxiety, and family challenges because you felt like you had to. At first it seemed manageable, but now the pressure feels heavier and harder to carry. On the outside you appear confident and put together. Inside you might feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or worried that you cannot keep this up much longer. Wanting a break does not mean you are failing. It means you are human. I’m Sara, and I help students who are tired of perfectionism, constant pressure, and the weight of expectations. I work with people who want healthier relationships, better communication, and support as they process past experiences that still affect them today. My background includes ACT, CBT, TF-CBT, Brainspotting, and group therapy training, which allows me to tailor our work to what you need. In our sessions, you can expect a warm, honest, and real environment where you can finally let your guard down. I show up as myself so you can feel comfortable showing up as yourself too. You deserve a space where you can put down the pressure you have been carrying and focus on feeling grounded, supported, and hopeful. I am here to help you get there.
Hey! My name is Elena, I use she/her pronouns, and I work with rebels, rioters, and revolutionaries. My practice is one that centers and celebrates authenticity, courageous exploration, and a collaborative, therapeutic relationship. In practice, this can look like taking the time to build trust and connection, pulling from a wide variety of modalities, and curiosity and silliness when needed (which I believe is often!) I have seen many therapists feel the need to rush into “fixing”; in my work, there is no rush and there is no “fixing”. Together, we will sit in the messy experience of being human; exploring and learning from our pain while uplifting and celebrating the joys. We will co-create your therapy experience, making it into whatever you need it to be in order to feel as safe as possible. I bring an anti-oppression and decolonization lens to the work of therapy, as this helps to ensure that I do my best to mitigate the harmful impacts of these systemic issues in the healing space. I will certainly make mistakes. I hope you do, too! These are opportunities for both of us to practice collective learning, unlearning, and healing. I believe that therapy is community. We may share certain identities and there will be those we do not share, yet it remains a community. Let's be in joyous community together!

As a queer therapist, I believe there is no one “right way” to live our lives. This is the same for therapy, there is no “right way.” I believe we all have the power to harness our strengths and find the path that gives us the most meaning and purpose. Clients are the experts in their own lives – each person has the tools and skills to solve their problems, though sometimes may need some outside help to find those tools and learn those skills. Together we can create a therapeutic alliance that is conducive towards self-discovery, growth, and fulfilling your potential while honoring your history, resiliency, values, and beliefs. I completed my Masters in Social Work at Loyola University Chicago. I am working towards being a Certified Sex Therapist (CST) through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community, gender diverse, the consensual non-monogamy (CNM) community, and I am kink/BDSM-affirming.

With over 20 years of experience, Stacy seamlessly blends the rich traditions of therapy with innovative techniques. As a Clinical Social Worker, her advanced credentials in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mental Emotional Release® (MER), and Hypnosis mark her as a leading Change Navigator™, especially for college students navigating significant life transitions. Stacy holds a powerful belief: each individual, especially during their transformative college years, has the capability to 'reprogram' their mind, much like software updates. This conviction, shaped by countless student interactions, showcases the adaptability and resilience inherent in young adults. Stacy delves deep, identifying old mindsets and behaviors, which often take root during early years, and can impact academic performance and emotional wellbeing. Her approach is a harmonious fusion of science and empathy. By combining the communication skills of NLP, the emotional release of MER, and the transformative states of Hypnosis, Stacy offers students a holistic therapeutic journey. While she employs time-tested methods, she also ensures her strategies remain current and relatable. Many of the students Stacy connects with share common experiences: they are navigating the challenges of young adulthood, adjusting to college life, and aiming to define their future paths. She sees therapy, coaching, and consulting as interlinked, allowing her to tailor her interventions to each student's unique story. Stacy believes in collaboration; students set their course, and she serves as their trusted guide. Together, they work to ensure that every student embarks on a journey of discovery, resilience, and positive transformation.
Hi, I'm Brianna (she/hers)! I specialize in working with college students experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, and/or managing life transitions and relationship issues. Typical concerns can include adjusting to college, managing academic or athletic stress (including injuries), health anxiety including complex or chronic illnesses, and relationship stress, as examples. I work with individuals seeking to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies and discover ways to improve their overall well-being, feel less anxious or stressed, and feel better in their day to day life. My approach is warm and collaborative to foster a trusting relationship. Using a blend of relational, attachment-based perspectives and skill building as needed, I help clients explore new ideas, challenge negative patterns or ways of thinking, and build resilience. You can expect me to share feedback, gently challenge ideas, and use humor in sessions. I'm also trained in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), an evidence-based treatment for chronic pain, and provide this therapy as well. If you’re interested in exploring new ways to manage life's challenges, improve your well-being, and feel more resilient please feel free to reach out to set up a free consult call. I look forward to speaking with you!
Hi!! My name is Melissa Urbanek. I am a therapist that specializes in working with children, teens, college students and young adults. My practice is telehealth only that serves clients in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
I provide individual therapy to adolescents and young adults. My approach centers building connections, offering compassion and staying curious about who you are in the past, present and future; helping you become the author to your own story. I want you to feel seen and heard throughout our time working together. Although I welcome working with a range of client concerns, my areas of special focus include navigating disordered eating, eating disorders, body image, shame and perfectionism, identity exploration and anxiety management. I practice from an intersectional feminist, holistic style approach. Many of my clients are in the early stages of exploring their relationship with identity, food and their bodies. Like all of us, I am a work-in-progress but I constantly strive to be culturally and gender affirming and responsive in my daily practice. Prior to becoming a licensed therapist, I worked in community based non-profits throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. I remain passionate about advocating and supporting youth and families during their healing and growth journeys, as well as promoting access to care. Do you find yourself struggling with intrusive, unwanted or “sticky” thoughts? Maybe your mind is constantly jumping to the worst case scenario, gets caught up in endless “what ifs,” or convinces you that you need to be 100% sure about something before you move on. You may have tried managing your anxiety or thoughts by avoiding certain people, places, or situations, reassuring yourself, mentally reviewing or rehearsing conversations, cleaning, saying a prayer, thinking a good thought to neutralize a bad thought, etc. You don't want to spend so much time engaging in these behaviors, but you feel like you can't stop — like you have to do them to stop something bad from happening, or to feel better. The relief you get from these behaviors is temporary, because the thoughts and feelings always come back, making you feel even more frustrated and hopeless. Over time you’ve noticed your world has started to shrink, and things have become difficult to manage. You struggle with paying attention in class, getting assignments in on time, procrastination, spending time with friends, or making decisions. You feel trapped, alone, and scared. If any of this resonates with you, I'm here to tell you that these experiences are common for those living with OCD and anxiety. The good news is that your life doesn't have to stay this way. With the right treatment, it’s possible to break free of OCD and anxiety and get back to the things that matter most to us. If you are interested in taking the next step please text, call, email, or fill out a form on my website to schedule a free 15 min consultation.
I’m a Clinical Psychologist who works with a large number of students and early career professionals navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship and family concerns, and identity-related questions. I believe that therapy is a collaborative and creative process that unfolds through developing a strong alliance with a therapist. I strive to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgemental space for people to name, feel, and share their unique experiences. Although it can be difficult to put your emotional life into words, the decision to do so has the power to open up new ways of knowing and understanding yourself. It can also reveal patterns in your life that you might wish to explore in order to create space for more meaningful and satisfying possibilities. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation, please feel free to reach out.

Designed to meet the needs of those who require more than weekly therapy, our program combines curated group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy into personalized treatment programs.
