I work with neurodivergent adults experiencing burnout from overfunctioning and masking. Many of my clients manage competing responsibilities while coping with anxiety, depression, relational conflict, and the lasting impact of trauma. Many are BIPOC adults from immigrant communities exploring intersecting identities and cultural expectations.
