Life is full of transitional moments; changes that impact how we think, how we function, and how we connect to the world. Let us work together to build a positive connection between how you feel, where you are, and where you see yourself. Short-term, goal-oriented therapy is available. My name is Cristal Sampson. I am the sole owner and healthcare provider at Spirit Clinic. A great way to describe what it’s like to work with me is through a term I’ve coined: mindful medication management. Mindful med management is an approach to psychiatric care that is attentive to the unique needs and concerns of each individual. It’s a collaborative process, where we work together to ensure that treatment decisions are made with your input and full understanding. At its core, this approach is relational, focusing on building trust and fostering open communication, so you feel supported every step of the way. It's also deeply considerate, acknowledging and respecting your personal experiences and preferences when it comes to treatment. Taking a holistic view, it goes beyond just addressing symptoms—encompassing your overall well-being, including emotional, physical, and social factors. Most importantly, it’s patient-led, meaning that you guide the process, and I’m here to help you find the best path toward better health, on your terms.
I operate under the assumption that every human wakes up each day and does the best job they know how to do. By creating an environment of safety and unconditional positive regard, my hope is for you to stop just surviving the day-to-day and start living. I believe firmly in the healing experience of coming to therapy and feeling seen, heard, and accepted for exactly who you are. Together we will journey towards authenticity, self-identified goals, and deconstructing painful narratives and patterns, all while firmly maintaining self-compassion. I graduated from St. John Fisher with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked with a vast range of individuals throughout my career, including but not limited to college students, survivors of sexual harassment and abuse, and marginalized identities. I have experience working with addiction, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjusting to life transitions, interpersonal violence, guilt and shame, suicidal ideation, and personality disorders. I have formal training in Polyvagal Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. And while I am confident in utilizing these evidence-based interventions in my clinical work, I also firmly believe in the healing power of two individuals holding space together and creating safety, which will be the foundation of every session. Together we can explore who you truly are rather than who the world tells you you should be and push back on the internalized systems that keep us trapped in spirals of shame and pain. It would be an honor to share this journey with you.
If you want change at a pace you need, I can help you through a personalized therapy plan. I will provide a warm environment to help you discover and accomplish your own goals and reach your fullest potential. I am practical in my effective style and I work from an integrated approach (supportive, dynamic, Cognitive Behavioral) that draws from my 28+ years of diverse work experiences in front line health care, psychiatry administration, behavioral health clinics and for-profit business. Our focus is on your getting better and staying better. Long-standing problems can be resolved. I have advanced training working with areas listed including trauma, creative/ performing artists, survivors of sexual abuse and also with suicide survivors. I enjoy an active and curious mind where I continue to learn and grow in our complex world.
I’m passionate about supporting first‑generation students, students from marginalized backgrounds, and students of color, as they navigate the emotional, cultural, and academic pressures that come with being the first in their families to walk these paths. My goal is to help students build a more harmonious, grounded, and empowered experience during their time on campus. I work with individuals experiencing: • Adjustment‑related stress, including transitions into college or new environments • Cultural transitions and the unique pressures faced by first‑generation students • Distorted eating patterns, emotional overwhelm, and challenges with emotion regulation My therapeutic approach integrates DBT and multimodal strategies, always rooted in cultural humility and a commitment to centering each person’s lived experience. I strive to create a space where students feel understood, supported, and equipped to move toward their goals with clarity and confidence. The most efficient way to get started is by visiting my website, reviewing the FAQ section, and completing the new client interest form. This will give me all the information I will need to determine next steps. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.

I help college students, parents, and working professionals who are looking for support and guidance on improving their professional and personal lives. Focusing on your functioning deficits (relationships, work, school) I provide a treatment plan that targets improving those functioning deficits. Symptoms like low depressed mood, anxiety, obsessions, compulsions, and inability to concentrate and focus can be treated with medication and psychotherapy. I provide both. I provide med management for depression, anxiety, ADHD, and related disorders. I will work with you to simplify the number of medications you take to address your symptoms and optimize with 1-2 medications that work best for you.

My name is Dr. Lindo, and it is a pleasure to meet you! I began my career as a school psychology with the hopes of helping children, adolescents, and young adults cope through times of stress. My overall goals and passions can be summed up as an agent for change - I hope to help clients develop the skills necessary to be effective agents in their own lives. I attended St. John's University for both my M.S. and PsyD. Throughout my practicum and professional experience, I have worked with a variety of needs, with a primary focus on anxiety-related disorders and depression. My goal is for you to take an active role in the decision-making process. Our therapy sessions should feel comfortable enough for you to express your thoughts, concerns, or worries while also providing a space to break through barriers of resistance that are preventing you from moving forward and functioning successfully. After a session, you should expect to walk away with a focus, challenge, or practice for the week tailored to pushing you towards your goals that we collectively define and target. If you are interested in learning more about my approach and how I can support you, please reach out.
My approach is influenced by C.G. Jung, Viktor Frankl (Man's Search for Meaning) Socratic dialogue, Buddhism and Quaker meetings. I work best with the person who sees their life as a journey of self-discovery. I will help you uncover the solutions that you already have and see the problematics of those solutions. I will help you listen to your muse, interpret your dreams, identify your interpersonal patterns and face the fears and anxieties that haunt you. I will treat your troubles with the utmost respect because they help you learn and grow. Gratitude softens pain. I find parallels between creativity & spiritual inspiration.

I’m Dr. Clara Kuntz, a licensed psychologist in New York and owner of Introspective Journey Psychological Services. I provide specialized online therapy for college students across New York. I support students navigating ADHD, autism, giftedness, anxiety, perfectionism, binge eating, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), burnout, and/ or grief, including pet loss. My approach is thoughtful, personalized, and grounded in evidence-based care—designed to support neurodivergent and deeply reflective students as they manage academic stress, build balance, gain clarity, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Many people enter therapy concerned that they will have to make dramatic changes in their lives to find relief. I believe that therapy is not dramatically changing who we are, but rather looking at how our perceptions of ourselves and others create unfulfilling experiences. I think my role as a therapist is to work with each individual to identify their strengths and enhance what is already working for them while examining the patterns that keep them from living life to its fullest. In my experience as a therapist I have helped many children, adolescents and adults overcome sever anxiety and depression and long-standing relationship issues. I also have expertise with families struggling with ongoing divorce and custody issues. I draw from several modalities of therapy, fitting the intervention with the needs of the individual.
I work with college students and young adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure of themselves. Many of the people I work with are navigating big life transitions, academic challenges, family stress, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, or feeling pressure to “have it all figured out.” You might be someone who overthinks, struggles with motivation or confidence, feels different from others, or finds yourself repeating patterns in relationships that leave you feeling hurt or misunderstood. Some clients are coping with substance use (their own or someone else’s), growing up in difficult family systems, or trying to heal from experiences that still affect them today. The clients I work best with are open to self-reflection and want support making meaningful changes, even if they’re not exactly sure where to start. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you better understand yourself, build practical tools, and feel more grounded and confident in your life.
