I'm a clinical psychologist, and I trained at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School. I see adolescents, college students, and adults in my office in Belmont Center and via telehealth. I see people with a wide variety of concerns (such as anxiety, depression, relationships), and specialize in trauma treatment for those struggling with stressful experiences or symptoms of PTSD. In addition, I run DBT skills training group for college students and young adults in their 20s and 30s to learn and practice new skills. Those who work with me are often looking to better understand themselves and the world around them. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQ community, with a particular interest in assisting young adults on their self-discovery and identity journeys. I also provide neurodivergent affirming therapy to autistic adults struggling with mental health symptoms related to the challenges of fitting into a neurotypical world.
