I believe that everyone deserves to be mentally well, and that counseling can be an important part of this journey. I strive to create a safe space where you can engage with vulnerability and self-reflection. A core tenant of my practice is that you are the expert of your own life. This is why I emphasize collaboration and self-determination in the therapeutic relationship and encourage you to explore your own values, strengths and goals in therapy. I enjoy helping clients navigate the many challenges and transitions of life, and strive to be part of the system that supports their wellness and joy. My hope is that through the counseling process you can better tackle the challenges that come your way, learn new ways of coping, and take steps towards meeting your unique goals. My areas of focus include anxiety, stress, compulsive over-eating, body image, perinatal issues, and life transition concerns.

Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Auburn, MI

At Heartfelt Healing, I tend to connect most with students who are thoughtful, caring, and often hard on themselves. You might be the one others rely on, the responsible friend, the high achiever, the one who “has it together,” while quietly feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure inside. Many of the students I work with are navigating big life shifts such as starting college, adjusting to independence, healing from a breakup, questioning relationships, or trying to find their footing in who they are becoming. Some are working through body image struggles, disordered eating patterns, family stress, or the pressure to meet expectations. Others simply feel stuck, disconnected, or exhausted from constantly overthinking. If you’re considering therapy but don’t have clear goals or the “right words” yet, that’s completely okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes the first step is simply knowing something doesn’t feel quite right and being open to exploring it in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. We can figure the rest out together.

Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Bath Township, MI

Welcome. I’m Chloe. I received my Master's in Social Work from Michigan State University and have been practicing for 14 years. I have spent my career walking alongside children, teens, and adults as they navigate issues of grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. In my practice, I focus on validating each client’s unique experience. I allow clients to share information and process emotions at their own pace. I use a collaborative, integrative approach when working with clients to develop a treatment plan that fits with their needs. Although, grief is often seen as inherently connected with love, grief can also arise from complicated situations. It is not uncommon for someone to experience feelings of grief despite not having “liked’ the person when they were alive. This can bring up a mix of emotions including sadness, anger, regret, guilt, relief, and many others. The situation can leave the client feeling conflicted about grieving someone who has hurt them or someone they know. I work to develop therapeutic relationships where clients feel safe to begin to unlayer these complicate emotions and find a way to release the emotional burden associated with them. In my practice, I respect that each client has their own unique journey and I seek to listen with compassion, patience, and genuineness. I strive to provide a safe and welcoming space where clients can take the time needed to work through their feelings to ultimately heal and grow.

Therapy isn’t just about getting through hard times, it’s an opportunity for you to reconnect with your own inner strength and move toward a life that feels more meaningful, grounded, and embodied. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck in a major life change, overthinking, or just tired of pretending you're okay. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone. Much of my work with clients involve exploring your thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences to deepen self awareness and support lasting change.
